Its design and manufacturing level directly affects the quality of relevant equipment. Forged gear is a gear blank. Through repeated grouting, its structure is improved to make the internal structure of the gear more compact, thus improving the bearing capacity of the gear.

1. Forging blank: hot die forging is still a blank forging process widely used in automobile gear parts. In recent years, cross wedge rolling technology has been widely used in shaft processing. This technology is especially suitable for manufacturing more complex stepped shaft blanks. It not only has high precision, small follow-up machining allowance, but also has high production efficiency.

2. Normalizing: The purpose of this process is to obtain the hardness suitable for subsequent gear cutting, prepare for heat treatment, and effectively reduce the deformation of heat treatment. The gear steel used is usually 20crmnti. Normal normalization is greatly affected by personnel, equipment and environment. It is difficult to control the cooling rate and the uniformity of the workpiece, resulting in large hardness differences and uneven metallographic structure. It affects metal cutting and heat treatment, resulting in large and irregular thermal deformation, and the quality of parts cannot be controlled. Therefore, isothermal normalizing process is adopted. Practice has proved that the use of isothermal normalizing has effectively changed the shortcomings of normalizing, and the product quality is stable and reliable.

3. Turning processing: to meet the positioning requirements of high-precision gear processing, all gear blanks are processed by CNC lathe, and the turning tools are mechanically clamped without a lot of grinding, so as to achieve the hole diameter, end face and outer diameter. A clip. At the same time, the machining process is completed, which not only ensures the verticality requirements of the inner hole and the end face, but also ensures the small size dispersion of mass production. Therefore, the precision of gear blank is improved and the machining quality of subsequent gears is guaranteed. In addition, the efficiency of CNC lathe also greatly reduces the number of equipment and has good economy.

4. Gear hobbing and gear shaping: a large number of ordinary gear hobbing machines and gear shaping machines are still used for gear processing equipment. Although easy to adjust and maintain, the production efficiency is low. If mass production is completed, multiple machines need to be produced at the same time. With the development of coating technology, it is convenient to recoat hobs and blades after sharpening. Coated tools can generally greatly increase the service life by more than 90%, thus effectively reducing the number of tool changes. Shorten the time and make significant income.

5. Gear scraping: radial gear scraping technology is widely used in mass production of automobile gears because of its high efficiency, easy design and modification of gears.

6. Heat treatment: automobile gears need carburizing and quenching to ensure good mechanical properties.

7. Grinding: mainly finish the gear inner hole, end face, shaft diameter and other parts after heat treatment to improve the dimensional accuracy and reduce the shape and position tolerance.
